Kurile Islands, July 2019: Alaid volcano
Impressions from our pilot tour to the northern Kurile Islands: after a few days on Paramushir Island, we sailed to Atlasof Island, formed by the mighty stratovolcano of Alaid, the highest peak in the Kuriles and one of its most active volcanoes.
